I am a disciple of Jesus Christ, husband, father, and Tentmaker. Most importantly, at the end of my life, I want my family, having followed in my footsteps, to be lovers of God, coworkers with the Holy Spirit, and friends of Jesus. And when their journey ends, may it end at the Throne of God, laying crowns at our Savior's feet.
After this past week I felt that this video was a good one to post. For those that may not know; Sunday Kari went into the hospital and didn't get home until Thursday afternoon, the van broke down Wednesday, Thursday I woke up with the flu and with sales being slow we were late with the rent. It was a bad week to say the least. But you know, it is easy to ask God, "Why?" or even blame Him for your situations. Because it is hard to trust Him and learn to rest in Him through the storm. All throughout the week when I began to worry and stress the Holy Spirit kept reminding me "The Lord is my Shepard". I hate learning trust, and apparently I am a very slow study :) No matter what you might be going through remember that God IS your Shepard and He IS looking out for you, He IS in control and He IS good.
